Collection & Shipping

If you have placed an order, you can pick it up at our office. We will get in touch with you as soon as your product is ready to be collected. If you have placed a customized jewellery order and you want to surprise someone, we can drop it at the address provided.

Returns & Buy-Back Policy

We work to build fruitful and long-term relationships with our clients. For this reason, you can sell us the gold bars and coins as well as the jewellery that you have previously purchased from us.
In the case of the jewels, the production expenses will be discounted from the total amount.
